Orders and returns
How can I place an order at www.inolivia.com?
It’s very easy. You can browse through product categories and add preferable items to the Cart. Each time you add a product to the Cart, it pops up at the right of your screen. In addition, you can increase or decrease the quantity of the selected products by clicking on the according plus and minus symbols. When your Cart is ready, you can click on the “Checkout” button to complete your order.
Do I need to create an account to shop at www.inolivia.com?
No, it’s not necessary. You can also place your order as a guest user, without creating an account. However, we suggest you to register in our site and save your personal information, your payment and shipping method preferences. This way you can shop easier and faster in the future. Can I make an order request via a phone call?
Yes. You can call us and order your preferable products. Your order will be shipped since your payment is confirmed. Additionally, you can collect the products from our actual shop and pay in cash on the spot. You can call us at +302373401004.
Can I check the status of my order?
When you place an order, you receive a confirmation email which includes your order ID number. You can insert this number along with your email address in our “Order Tracking” tool and check the status of your order.
I received faulty items. What can I do?
In case that you realize a defect on a product or that accidentally you received different products from those you have ordered, you must communicate with us immediately after the delivery. The products will be replaced, on condition that there are available in stock, without any further charge of yours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
An order change or cancellation can only be accepted if the confirmed order has not been dispatched, i.e. the order has not been completed. After order confirmation and even if the order has not been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed for security (anti-fraud) reasons. In case of any problem please contact us.
Shipping information
Which options are available to receive my order?
You can collect your order from our actual Shop, which is located at Agiou Georgiou 13, in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki or at the delivery address that you have indicated to us while filling the ordering form. In this case the delivery of the products will be carried out by a partner transportation company.
I placed my order. When will I receive it?
Within Greece, deliveries usually take 1-3 working days and within Cyprus 5-7 working days after the confirmation of shipping. We cannot guarantee neither the arrival time nor the exact delivery time of the ordered goods, as it depends entirely on the transportation companies which we collaborate with. Please note that shipping times are subject to delays caused by courier procrastinations or force majeure for which we cannot be held responsible.
Where does Inolivia ship products to?
We ship our products within Greece and Cyprus, as it is described in our shipping policy. Order requests from abroad (except Cyprus) can be placed through communication with us at the email address info@inolivia.com.
How much does shipping cost for my online order?
For shipping within Greece by partner transportation companies, i.e. Speedex and Courier Center, shipping costs per order vary from 2.9€ to 3.5€ and for deliveries to Cyprus from 9€ to 13.5€ respectively. The cost will be calculated automatically in the shopping Cart page. In addition to the above costs for orders delivered to remote areas, or islands, or orders delivered to hard-to-reach regions there is an “inaccessible destination fee” depending on each order’s volumetric weight features, which will be charged as per the transportation company fees.
Payment information
How can I pay for my order?
A payment can be made through a credit, debit or prepaid card of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, bank account deposit or internet banking and through PayPal. Upon successful completion of the payment, you will receive an automated email confirming your order, which will be sent to the email address you have indicated. In case you select the “bank account deposit” payment method, the order will not be executed until the Company’s bank account is credited with the total amount due.

Will my personal data be safe during a payment transaction?
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi
Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a
way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. This means that our site does not use for any reason, any data of your credit/debit card you may insert, as they are not visible to us.
